I hiked this trail with Samantha around 2004. It was a pleasant, convenient yet confusing due to a web of unsigned intersecting paths. On this enjoyable 4th of July, Jeannette and I embarked on this trail launching my 2016 hiking season as I rehab my injured left ankle.
Starting from Camp Caro, literally right off the busy commercial heart of Spokane Valley, we ventured south through Enchanted Ravine, Ridge Top trail to the Eagle Peak (first photo). Though there are still many spur trails, signage on the main trails has greatly improved.
